Cétoprot: For sport, as an effort drink, CétoProt will accompany you on all your runs. Proteins, mineral salts, amino acids make it a complete and exceptional product.

It can also be taken as an alternative to a meal. Its role is to reduce the feeling of hunger and allow you to “skip” a meal. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner.

PeptoPro: We recommend dividing your PeptoPro® intake into three doses. The first, 1 hour before training, the second during training, and the last, within half an hour of training. PeptoPro® should only be taken at these times and should not replace your non-workout protein intake.

The recommended amount depends on your objectives and the intensity of your training: between 5 and 10 grams per dose. For someone looking to build muscle mass, we recommend consuming 10 grams before, 10 grams during, and 10 grams after their bodybuilding session. For a light training session for someone wanting to avoid muscle soreness, 3 x 5 grams will suffice.

As PeptoPro® is bitter by nature, it is advisable to dissolve it in a drink with a taste you enjoy, or with our Dextrose product, which thanks to its sweet taste, will mask the bitterness of Peptopro and provide you with the carbohydrates you need for intense training. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not mix with alcohol. Use as part of a balanced diet.

Maltodextrin: Mix Maiday Maltodextrin with the drink of your choice (water ideally), and consume from the start of exercise, to keep your glycogen reserves intact and optimise your energy levels. The quantity should be adjusted according to your taste preferences and the type of sport you do. To optimise the digestion of the product by the stomach and speed up its assimilation, we recommend mixing it one dose of Maltodextrin with one dose of Dextrose.
