Are refurbished products as effective as new ones?
We strive to provide you with the best quality product possible.
Our reconditioned products have been used, but are still quite usable for everyday use.
Can I subscribe to an extended warranty for my reconditioned product?
To extend the warranty induced at the time of the purchase of your module (12 or 18 months depending on the model), you can add a warranty extension to benefit from an accompaniment in case of problem throughout the duration of your choice.
How do I get a refurbished module that is no longer in stock?
Reconditioned modules come and go depending on the period and are therefore in limited quantity.
If you want a specific module, we advise you to order it as soon as possible. The product will be reserved for you as soon as you have paid for the order and we have received full payment after authorization.
Please note that some payment methods are slower and that the availability of a refurbished product is not guaranteed until we receive your payment in full.

Reconditioned modules are used modules that have undergone a rigorous reconditioning process before being released for sale.

What should I expect when I buy a refurbished product?
Slim Sonic should not be used :
* Throughout pregnancy and at least 6 months after giving birth.

To optimise the results of a Slim Sonic cure, a number of factors need to be taken into account:
1. Frequency of sessions: 3 sessions a week are recommended. Each session should last 40 minutes, depending on the module used (for example, the L-1160 releases 1,160 kcal per session).
2. Physical activity: It is essential to be physically active during or after each Slim Sonic session. The fat released by the SoniC Resonance™ technology must be burnt to maximise the destocking effect. This can be an intense sports session or simply moderate daily activity (walking, household chores...).
3. Hydration: It is essential to hydrate well before, during and after sessions to help the body eliminate toxins and facilitate the circulation of released fat.
4. Balanced diet: Maintaining a healthy, balanced diet is crucial to avoid overloading the body with extra calories. It also helps to support the process of destocking and eliminating fat.

Everyone reacts differently, depending on their body type, metabolism and lifestyle. It is therefore difficult to give a precise timeframe for seeing the first results. However, here are a few factors that influence the speed of results:
1. Module used: The Slim Sonic module you choose plays an important role. For example, the L-1160 module can release up to 1,160 kcal per session, which can speed up the effects.

All our new products have a 2 year warranty. The reconditioned products as new are guaranteed 18 months and the little used 12 months.
